Shaper Forms with “Ears”
Some of our Shaper Forms are available with a slightly wider central section, designing the characteristic “ears”, similar to those produced by traditional folded shapers.
Some oboists prefer this shape because the “ears” can provide additional stability, particularly in the high register and support precise articulation.
