To ensure a professional and timely repair, we will require some information. You can simply print out the form and include it to your parcel.

Please provide us with the following information:

  • Name, address, phone number, e-mail address
  • Please describe the error briefly.
  • Do you have additional wishes, such as blade resharpening or cleaning?
  • Do you want a complete inspection of your machine?
  • Do you prefer an estimate of costs in advance or do you wish a quick return of your machine? (This option is only valid in some countries of the EU.)
  • Please choose a payment method: credit card, bank transfer or Paypal?
  • If you live outside the EU, please necessarily mark your items/blades as: "goods with no commercial value, value for customs purpose only, repair accessories for woodwind instruments, value less than 50 Euros."
  • In addition, please never mark the parcel as "returned goods" because this could lead to further customs problems.
