Physioboe ist ein neues, unkonventionelles Konzept, welches die Übertragung von Physiotherapie für Musiker (und weiterführend Physio- und Mentalcoaching für Musiker) auf die Spezifik der Oboe darstellt. Es vereint Wissenschaft mit Empirik und ist entstanden durch die Symbiose meiner drei Berufe als Oboistin, Physiotherapeutin sowie Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie. Es bietet einen Weg, Körper, Geist und Seele auf stimmige Art und Weise mit der Oboe zu verbinden und eröffnet neue Horizonte und Sichtweisen. Schritt für Schritt wird die Oboentechnik in zehn Kapiteln (Haltung, Finger, Daumen, Atmung, Stütze, Vibrato, Klang, Artikulation, Ansatz, Bewegungen, Ausdruck) unter physiologischen Aspekten unter die Lupe genommen und ein Verständnis um die Zusammenhänge und Auswirkungen von physischen und psychischen Einflussfaktoren auf Klangqualität, Instrumentaltechnik und Spielgefühl vermittelt.
