One For All

This muti-faceted Bevel Tool can be used in many ways, helping you bevel and sand your cane in any way you need. Use it in conjunction with the sanding tool to also sand the gouge side of the cane nice and smooth.

V-Style

With the sandpaper clamped between the two halves, you can take your cane and bevel your cane with the beloved V-style bevel. Tip: Hold the cane at an angle to get a tapered bevel.

Herzberg

The center section is designed specifically for a Herzberg style bevel. Place the sandpaper between the two halves so that the edge is flush with the edge of the tool, then go ahead and bevel your cane. The depth of the cutout is the exact length of the Herzberg-style bevel, and the angle at the back allows you to make the taper without shortening the bevel or having to make pencil marks.

Freedom

With a surface length of 30 mm, this upper section allows you to clamp the longer piece of sandpaper in and freely bevel on a flat surface in any way and length you would like.

Inside

Many reed makers prefer to sand the inside of the cane one last time to even out any possible inconsistencies, as well as lend some brightness and brilliance back to the sound. The rounded support holds the cane while you use the sanding tool to sand the gouge side of the cane nice and smooth.
