HOOP is based on an original Mack Pfeiffer tip with the cane level with the top of the ears. Melissa Hooper, who studiud with Elaine Douvas and with whom we cooperated to develop this shape, finds this shape works beautifully on Stevens #2 or #3 tubes, tied around 71.5mm on 47mm tubes.
