Never a Dull Blade
The R'S Prints blade sharpening jig makes sharpening your profiling blades easy. Place the blade into the jig, run it over your sharpening stone, and voila - like new.
Set up is simple:
place a piece of paper underneath the wheels, then place the blade so that it is touching the sharpening stone. Tighten the screw and the angle is all set. Remove the piece of paper then run the jig over the stone several times until you see an even reflective surface on the bottom of the blade. This indicates that the blade has been properly sharpened.
