The profiling machine is suitable for gouged & shaped cane as well only gouged cane, and can be converted for contra bassoon cane.
The two-part ramp not only allows for continuous adjustment of the incline of the profile,
but also enables the profiling of a tip.
The length of the tip as well as its profile angle

The length stop integrated into the barrel makes it even easier to position the cane.
The position of the length stop is variable, accommodating for different cane lengths.
For profiles with a more pronounced spine, there are special barrels with beveled pins.
You can choose between three variants in addition to our standard barrel to achieve your desired result.

The scoring blades automatically disappear behind this blade protection when folded, contributing to injury-free working.
The newly designed base plate allows for an easy transformation of the profiling machine from bassoon

Thanks to the new transport lock, the machine is now ready to accompany you on your travels
without the risk of damage.
Please make sure to take the barrel out of the machine for transport.
