The „Stellar" instrument stand for oboe and english horn is unique, sturdy, and convenient.
The beautiful wooden base folds up into a compact transport box when you’re done. With the genuine leather handle it can be carried to your next gig. The pegs are stored inside along with the reed soaker cup. A magnet keeps the stand closed securely.
Just open it up and screw in the two pegs. The pegs stand at an angle which directs the water away from the tone holes. The water cup fits perfectly in the circular cutout where it won't be easily knocked over.
About Stellar Oboe Products
In 1999 Amy Collins started her "Stellar", a business for oboe reeds and supplies.
Collins is on the artist faculty of the University of South Florida and has been the principal oboist with Tampa Opera for twenty years. She is principal oboe of the Venice symphony located in Venice Florida.
