The Légére English horn reed combines professional sound quality with high reliability without the usual maintenance requirements of cane reeds. Made from specially developed polypropylene, it is ready to play immediately, with no soaking or break-in needed.
Its stability under changing temperatures and humidity makes it ideal for rehearsals, performances, and travel. The precise design provides balanced control, dynamic flexibility, and a rich, warm tone. In addition, the reed offers long-lasting durability and consistent response over many playing hours.
