As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a concluded contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Please contact us in good time before the withdrawal period expires. Trial items must be received by us before the end of the respective trial period.

Please note that the shipping carrier may charge additional import fees if the customs declaration does not accurately state the contents of the shipment or if an excessively high value has been declared.

We Have Received Your Package

You will receive a cancellation of the original invoice for the returned items. The items must arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For all returns that have been announced to us or received by us after the withdrawal period expires, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged. Any customs charges incurred by us will be deducted from the refund.
